Welcome to HireLevel University. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites (hireleveluniversity.com and movetomedsales.com), our course platform (course.hireleveluniversity.com), the GoKollab app, and all related services. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

HireLevel University is the trade name / doing business as (DBA) name of UPharma LLC, a registered limited liability company. References to "HireLevel University," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to UPharma LLC d/b/a HireLevel University.

1. Who We Are

HireLevel University ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by UPharma LLC, is an online educational company based in the United States. We offer the Interview-to-Offer™ program, an online course designed to help individuals transition into medical sales careers.

2. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase our courses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Our Courses and Pricing

HireLevel University offers the Interview-to-Offer™ program in three tiers:

Cohorts are limited to a maximum of 30 students. Enrollment availability is subject to cohort capacity.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. Course Access and License

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content for your own educational purposes.

What this means:

You will receive ongoing access to the course materials included in your tier for as long as the HireLevel Rep program is actively maintained. We intend this to be long-term, but we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at our discretion.
Access is for you only — your account and login credentials cannot be shared with others
Course content is delivered through our platform at course.hireleveluniversity.com and via the GoKollab app
We may update, improve, or modify course content over time, and you will have access to those updates as long as the program remains active

What this does not mean:

This is not a transfer of ownership — you are licensing access, not buying the content itself
Access is not guaranteed in perpetuity — it is contingent on the continued availability of the HireLevel University platform and program

5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Integrity

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute any course content, materials, recordings, templates, or resources — in whole or in part — to any third party
Record, download, or copy course content (including Q&A calls) beyond what is provided through the platform's built-in features
Use course materials for commercial purposes, including creating competing products or services based on our content
Share your account credentials with anyone else or allow others to access the course through your account
Engage in disruptive behavior in the community, Q&A calls, or any HireLevel University spaces
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with HireLevel University
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our platform or systems

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access, without refund.

5.2 Single Identity

You agree to maintain a single, consistent legal identity across your account registration, billing information, and all communications with HireLevel University. You may not use aliases, pseudonyms, false names, or third-party identities to enroll in, communicate with, or interact with our services or staff. Using a different name in communications than appears on your account or billing — or impersonating another person — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

5.3 Identity Must Match Billing

The name and contact information on your HireLevel University account must match the legal name of the cardholder or account holder used to make payment. We reserve the right to deny refund requests, suspend course access, hold or reverse course delivery, or refuse to honor billing disputes if the account name does not match the billing name on file, or if the billing ZIP code provided at checkout fails Address Verification System (AVS) checks at the time of purchase.

5.4 No Automated or AI-Generated Communications

You agree to communicate with HireLevel University staff, instructors, and partners directly and personally. The use of AI voice synthesis, voice cloning, synthesized speech, automated dialers, autoresponders, AI agents, third-party assistants speaking on your behalf, or any other automated or synthesized communication method when contacting our staff or partners is prohibited without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who attempt to interact with HireLevel University through such means.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through FastPayDirect. By making a purchase, you agree to FastPayDirect's terms and authorize the applicable charges.

Payment Options

One-time payment: Full amount due at the time of purchase
Payment plan: 4 monthly installments. The first payment is due at purchase, with remaining payments charged automatically on the same date each subsequent month

Payment Plan Obligations

If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price. You are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to access the course. This obligation is not canceled or reduced by inactivity, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the program.

Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in suspension of course access until payments are current. HireLevel University also reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including referral to a collections agency and/or legal action, to recover any outstanding balance.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend your course access and pursue collection of the outstanding balance, including through third-party collections agencies or legal proceedings. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred in the collection process, including reasonable attorney's fees, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment. The following policy describes when refunds are available and when your purchase is no longer eligible for refund.

7.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all tiers, subject to the limitations in Sections 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4.

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
If approved, you will receive a full refund of all payments already processed, returned to your original payment method.
If you are on a payment plan, any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled upon approval of your refund.

7.2 Forfeiture of Refund Eligibility

Even within the 30-day window, your refund eligibility is forfeited if any of the following occur:

(a) You have logged into the course platform more than 15 times.
(b) You have completed 75% or more of any single Part of the curriculum from Part 2 through Part 9. (Part 1 — Introduction — is excluded from this trigger.)
(c) You have engaged our resume partner, Traction Resume, through the referral provided in your enrollment. "Engaged" means you have initiated the resume intake call, submitted intake information, received a draft, or otherwise begun working with Traction Resume on your resume or cover letter. Once Traction Resume has been engaged through this referral, the resume package is deemed delivered and your purchase is no longer refundable in whole or in part.

These thresholds reflect substantial consumption of the product. Refund requests received after any of these triggers occur will be denied.

7.3 Good Faith Requirement

The money-back guarantee is offered in good faith for students who genuinely attempted the program and determined it was not the right fit. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that, in our reasonable judgment, are made in bad faith — including but not limited to requests made after substantial consumption, requests timed to evade Section 7.2, or requests accompanied by false statements.

7.4 Termination Forfeits Refund

Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms (see Section 16) are not eligible for refund, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

After 30 Days

No refunds will be issued for any reason after the 30-day window has closed. If you are on a payment plan, you remain obligated for the full purchase price regardless of refund eligibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, templates, frameworks, worksheets, branding, logos, and the Interview-to-Offer™ name are the exclusive intellectual property of HireLevel University.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from HireLevel University.

The license granted in Section 4 does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Third-Party Services

Our program integrates with several third-party services:

GoKollab: Hosts our course platform and community features. Your use of GoKollab is also subject to their terms of service.
FastPayDirect: Handles all payment processing. Your payment information is managed according to their privacy and security practices.
Third-party career services partner: Provides professional resume writing services for students enrolled in Tier 2 and Tier 3. By enrolling in these tiers, you consent to sharing relevant information with this partner for the purpose of delivering the resume service.

We select our partners carefully, but we are not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third-party providers.

10. Coaching Terms (Tier 3)

Personalized coaching included in the Core + Resume + Coaching tier is subject to the following:

Coaching spots are limited to 2 per cohort and are available by application and invitation only
Access to purchase Tier 3 is provided only after your coaching application has been reviewed and accepted
By completing your Tier 3 enrollment, you confirm your acceptance of the coaching agreement and commitment to the program
Coaching sessions and schedules are determined by HireLevel University and communicated upon enrollment

11. Disclaimer — No Guaranteed Results

This is important, so we're being direct:

HireLevel University provides educational content and career guidance. We are not an employment agency, staffing firm, or job placement service.

We do not guarantee that you will get a job, interview, or any specific outcome from taking our course
Results depend on many factors, including your effort, experience, market conditions, and individual circumstances
Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results
Our course teaches skills and strategies — what you do with them is up to you

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to educational content and that no specific employment outcome is promised or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HireLevel University, its founders, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course
We are not liable for any loss of income, career opportunities, or other damages resulting from your use of or reliance on our course content

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireLevel University, its founders, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of our course content or platform
Any third-party claims related to your actions

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Notify you by email or through our platform

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using our services.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your license to access course content is revoked.
You remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations.
You are not entitled to any refund of payments already made, regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. Termination for violation of these Terms forfeits any refund eligibility under Section 7.
Termination of your account does not extinguish your obligations under these Terms, including without limitation your payment plan obligations under Section 6, the chargeback obligations under Section 17, and the surviving provisions referenced below.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 16, and 17 — will continue to apply.

17. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

17.1 Pre-Chargeback Notice Required

If you have a billing concern or believe a charge was made in error, you agree to first contact HireLevel University at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and give us a reasonable opportunity (no less than 10 business days) to investigate and respond before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank.

17.2 Chargeback as Breach

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first complying with Section 17.1 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Filing a chargeback does not extinguish your obligation to pay for services rendered. If a chargeback is filed in violation of this section, we reserve the right to:

Provide your card issuer, bank, or any third-party payment processor with these Terms, your account activity, payment history, course access logs, and any other evidence necessary to defend the charge;
Terminate your account and revoke all access to course content (without refund, per Section 16);
Pursue collection of the disputed amount through a collections agency or legal proceedings.

17.3 Consequences of Bad-Faith Chargebacks

A chargeback that is denied by the card issuer, or that we determine in our reasonable judgment was filed in bad faith — including chargebacks filed after substantial consumption of the product, chargebacks filed in violation of Section 17.1, or chargebacks accompanied by false statements to the card issuer — may result in:

A $25 administrative fee per disputed transaction, in addition to any chargeback fee assessed by the payment processor;
Referral to a third-party collections agency;
Reporting to merchant fraud and chargeback abuse databases used by other merchants and processors;
Recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HireLevel University regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.
